In 2000, an Australian super-fan by the handle of Censations created ayumi-fan.net, a comprehensive and professional Ayumi Hamasaki news site. In the hopes of making it more Community-centered, he moved the site to ClubAYU.com in 2001, and made it primarily a news blog, with some fun extras like link reviews, mp3PRO radio, and a small forum.
Cens passed update duties to me, and I had some old members of AHS like AyuRocks and Grantith helping me out with it. Eventually, no one had the time or energy to update anymore, and the site was ultimately shut down.
A few years ago, I tried to revive the site under blogspot, but no one really seemed to go, so I got rid of it. Again.
This is the most recent attempt to get the site going again, opened on November 29th, 2009, just in time for the holidays. With this blog, I aim to update you all with the latest Ayu news, from release information to ayu’s rank on the newest oricon vanity poll. If you have news you want to share, feel free to comment in the most recent news post :)
